As for the cathedral, yes it’s a good exposure of our Toronto temple of Mammon.
It frequently displays works of worship, principally art and photo installations to
be viewed by the communicants who work there.
The last time I was in there was a very sacred spot on the lower level, an annex tp
the food court. It was (and may still be) a glassed-in smoker’s jail, where those whose
meals had to be accompanied by tobacco consumption could indulge without sharing
their holy incense among the non-initiated, but could be seen at their ablutions.
