His friend called 911 immediately. Once the Fire Fighters arrived it took 3 hours to get him out. He was pinned between two pieces of metal inside the shute he fell into. The Fire Fighters had to repell and pull him out that way. He passed out when he was being pulled out. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries on Sunday evening. He passed away this afternoon.
