Ah! that reminds me of being back home in South London (UK). All the onlookers know exactly what happened except when questioned by police. There was also a spate in Glasgow (Scotland) where the fire service would turn up to find it was a set up by tiny preteen hooligans who would then throw rocks and lumps of concrete at the fire crews. Oh how I miss quaint old UK. Nice capture of the scene, great vantage point.
