This is the Owl Butterfly (Caligo eurilochus); a South American species of butterfly of the family Amathusiidae with a wing span of about 138 mm, the underside of the wings being brightly coloured and the upper side bearing markings which resemble the eyes of an owl.
WOW!!! This is so amazing! I can’t get over the detail. The eyes are what do it for me! Wow.
